1. Can I cancel anytime?

   Absolutely. While we want to keep you forever, as a customer, we understand some users only need us for a short bit of time or just want to test the waters. Simply let us know and you won't be charged again.

2. Can I change my plan after signing up?

   Yes, we've got you covered! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan through our subscription portal. You can even go back to the Free plan if you decide a Premium plan isn't for you.

3. Do you pro-rate if I sign up in the middle of the month?

   Your sign up date is your billing date. Sign up on the 10th, your billing cycle goes to the 10th of the next month.

4. Is there a set-up fee?

   Nope, nada, never. There are no set-up fees and no cancelation fees. We do offer some top-notch concierge services but you are under no obligation to use them.

5. Can I pay for my account annually?

   Yes! Our default is the super-duper popular monthly plan, but you can switch to an annual plan anytime. Signing up for an annual plan saves you a nice bit of money.

6. Can I try it for free?

   By default, when you sign up for Waitlistr you get our Free plan. It's a great way to get started and see how your list will perform — you can always upgrade your plan later.
