This Spearpoint Inferno has hand carved sterling silver handle scales with an inferno design and a skull at the center. The frame damascus is very unique "T-Rex" pattern and the "Hornets Nest" damascus blade has a beautiful pattern to it too! The thumb stud for opening the blade and the button lock for closing the blade are both set with spinel.
