Finally get 'Match Fit' and learn how to fuel your body better to achieve consistently great performances. You will be given a personalised nutrition plan and weekly bespoke fitness sessions during this 6-week course. You will be given continual support in carving out some healthier and significant changes in your thinking towards food & fitness.

We're encouraging you to do this in small groups (𝟰-𝟲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲) with your teammates and friends to motivate each other. By tackling your Nutrition & Fitness in this course it enables you to focus on the football side of your development with your club.
