Terms and Conditions The Parent Consent and Medical Waiver Form ( given upon arrival , please arrive early ) is REQUIRED for all player prior to participation in camp. Volleyball University SC reserves the right to deny any player with pre-existing medical and/or physical history. A Certified Physical Therapist will be present at all sessions. Any special considerations / questions or concerns should be emailed to [email protected] or communicated directly to one of the Coaches . Check-In / Check-Out Athletes will register online for camp. Check in/Check out will be located at Bluff Park 148 Carswell Dr. , Columbia SC 29209 . ( Check in Starts as early as 20 min before start time . ) Athletes will not be permitted to leave the gym during camp hours, unless previously cleared with guardian and camp staff. Payment: All payments will be processed online. Full payment is required before registration is complete. If you would like a monthly discount package please email us and let us know and we will collect your payment at a later time.
