I am pre and postnatal qualified and it is my passion to get women back to feeling fit, healthy, strong and confident in their skin after childbirth. I also focus on Pelvic Floor health and strengthening the core. With this class you will feel all of these areas improve, and it will be progressive as the weeks go on.
