If you're local, you also have the option to pay $10 (or $15 for two sets) and have your coasters sealed in a high-gloss resin finish! Once your coasters have dried, we will simply arrange for you to return them to me (or I will pick them up) and I will apply the resin seal and the cork backing for you!!! After they have cured for up to 7 days, I will drop them back off to you, sealed and ready to go! If you choose not to pay for the resin finish, your coasters can be sealed at home with a basic polyurethane gloss finish that can be picked up at nearly any hardware store. You'll also have to apply to cork backings yourself.
While these kits are geared towards adults because of the high-quality materials, paints, and products used, children can most certainly create their own sets, as well!!! It's very easy (with adult guidance and supervision, of course) for kids to create their very own masterpieces! A second kit at half off is a great addition to let your kiddos try their hand at something new! This is a fairly "quick" craft, less than an hour from start to finish, but there is enough paint in the kits to pour your coasters up to two times, in case you're not happy with the results the first time around. You do not have to let your coasters dry to pour them a second time! Once your kit has arrived, be sure to check out the technique videos in the group, which you will get access to once the materials arrive and kits are assembled!
Once you've filled out the form, you’ll then be sent an invoice via Secured PayPal Check-Out directly to your email from Tresa at Mom Life Mugs, and once paid, your kit will be assembled and we can then arrange for pick up/drop off!
