1. You're required to sign a waiver and agreement contract when you're selected. The waiver will be emailed to you if selected. Please provide active contact information.
2. For transparency purposes, your story will be published anonymously to our contributors.
3. We require all applicants to adhere to Opaque's rules and studio policies (details are provided to selected applicants).

1. How do I get chosen?
-We look for authenticity, truthfulness and honesty.
2.How many times can I apply?
-Once every 12 months
'3. What is the type of applicant we are looking for?
-Someone who is experiencing hardship, wants to build confidence and experience high quality nail care.
4. What is the time frame to redeem my nail care service?
-60 days, after 60 days, we choose the next applicant and your application will be forfeited.
5. How will I be notified?
-By email and phone
6. Can I transfer my nail care service to someone else?
-Unfortunately, not at this time.
7. If I schedule a time and cannot make it, will I lose my spot or can I reschedule?
-You will be able to reschedule one time and if you still cannot make it, you will be forfeited.
8. If there is an underlying nail health issue, will I be disqualified?
-Based on Oregon Health Authority, any underlying nail health issue that requires a doctor, we will not be able to perform the service. We will be happy to evaluate and refer.
9. Am I required to tip after my service?
-You are not required to tip, however, if you're inclined to tip, you may pay it forward.
10. Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
- We encourage support in every manner, however, we do not have the space for additional guests,

- If you are selected, service type will be discussed based on availability. Further details will only be provided to those selected.
12. Is there an age range?
- Applicants under 18 requires a signed permission from a legal guardian otherwise, we welcome all ages.
13. What's the next step after applying?
- If you are selected, you will be notified based on your submitted contact information.
