On July 28th 1914 the world changed forever. This four-year global conflict was devastating, gruelling and massively important in this countries history. Join Katharine as she guides her young learners in understanding the causes, impact and significance of WWI.
The group will look at topics such as:
- Life in the trenches
- The changes in warfare and weaponry during the war
- The role of animals
- Everyday life in Britain
- The role of Women & Children during wartime
This is a 4-week course running on the Tuesdays throughout October. 9.30am to 10.30am
Location - Axminster (Smallridge)
£30 per session/amount of child in the group
E.G. for a group size of 4 cost would be:
£7.50 per session x 4 sessions = £30 (total cost for course)
