Lambda 'Strike' Indicator

As advertised by @tedtalksmacro and @CryptoBoole on Twitter, our 'Strike Indicator is now live! The original group of 450+ foundational members are just about settled in and we now are looking to roll out subscription based services to those that are interested.

Subscriptions will be for:
- Access to the Lambda Strike Indicator and the discord community (where there are currently 450++ active members sharing ideas and feedback)
- Around the clock support
- Tutorial videos and live analysis shared by Ted (@tedtalksmacro)

The purpose of this waitlist is to gauge interest for the above subscriptions and so that we can prepare ourselves accordingly when the website goes live and the subscriptions are made available to the public.
