Post Maternity Appointment Request: Please complete the following in its entirety. Appointment requests will be booked based on availability and in the order they appear. Salon waitlist is for new clients and will depend on what my schedule will be like after maternity leave! Clients on the waitlist will be responded to before inquiries on social media.
Once you are taken in as a new client:
1. you will then be asked fill in all necessary information on my booking site & book a consultation; please do not book an appointment until you are contacted first. (click the below link for all websites, pricing and booking info on Desertrose.GlossGenius.com).
A Credit or debit card on file is required or your appointment will not be booked.It will NOT be charges unless you decide to cancel last minute, or not show up at all for your official color appointment (your consultation is FREE and you will not be charged if you don’t show up to your consultation. However; If you no call/no show for your consultation then you will be placed on the end of the waitlist) I am super easy going so please just let me know you need to cancel ahead of time - no need to explain why. just cancel if needed! i would rather that then you completely ignoring me and not showing up.
2. at your consultation we will do a test strand and you will possibly need to go home with a deep treatment to prep your hair before your official appointment. (the day of your consultation is NOT the day of your full color service). If you have virgin hair (meaning hair that has NEVER been colored) or a hair service that only needs a simple adjustment then please put in that information so you can bypass the consult. (if you did black or dark brown color- yes, even once- then we will NEED to do a test strand at your consultation. Haircuts are usually required
I am not accepting inconsistent clients who constantly cancel, haggle in pricing, or are late by more than 15 minutes. I also do not do GREY or SILVER haircolor
