Woodland Swim Club member waitlist

Hello from Woodland Swim Club!

As summer is getting closer, we are starting to work on our membership roster and will begin inviting families off of our wait list, which you are on and is why you're receiving this message.

We are writing to ask that if you no longer want to be on our wait list to please let us know by sending an email to [email protected] so we can remove you. This way we have an accurate list of who would still like to be offered a membership once they reach the top of the list.

There's no need to respond or do anything to keep yourself on the list. You will not be removed unless you notify us to do so. To check your position on the list visit our website, WoodlandSwimClub.com, and click the link at the bottom right.

Once we start inviting families off the wait list, if you receive an invitation from us (which will be by email) we would appreciate a prompt reply back with your answer. If we do not receive a response from you by the date indicated in your invitation, we will assume that you do not want to join, remove you from the wait list, and move onto the next person.

At this time we do not know how many families will be invited off the wait list. It will depend on how many of last year's members do not renew.
