About me:
Oh hey! My name is Katie B (Bilz) and I’m a qualified Nutritionist and fitness freak working with Team Ecto here in Perth. I'm devoted to educating nutrition in an easy, sustainable, enjoyable and non-intimidating way through my platform. Let me show you how to lead a normal human life (fun things!) while getting the results you always hoped to achieve and becoming your own expert in your body.
Are we the right fit?
YES, if:
- you are someone that puts your health as a priority or you are wanting to make that change
- you enjoy the process and looking to celebrate small wins along the way to your big goal
- you understand that you need to put in some work in order to get sustainable and successful results - it can be tough work - but anything that's tough work is WORTH IT.
- you value science based approaches and will put the damn hoaxes and fads you see scrolling your feed to rest - FINALLY
- you enjoy a good dad joke, some sarcasm and sharing our absolute food confessions every now and then - because how good are Cheezels and Reece's Peanut Butter Cups!

This is where we get to know each other a lot more! You get me as your personal coach. I develop a completely personalised plan unique for you and YOU ONLY. I take pride in my work, and am selective on who I choose to work with (just like you!) We need to be a good fit- I want you to get results just as much as you do!
